The basics
These terms are between you and Saber Systems, LLC, a Florida company (“Saber”, “we”). They cover this website and the COS, our client workspace at app.saber-systems.com. By using either one, you agree to them. If you use the COS for your company, you agree for your company too.
Your contract comes first
If your company signed an agreement with Saber, that agreement wins wherever it says something different from this page. Price, scope, ownership of custom work and support are set there, not here.
Your account
Saber sets up every COS account. Keep your password to yourself and don't share your login. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at contact@saber-systems.com right away if you think someone else got in. Your company can ask us to add or remove people at any time.
Fair use
Use the COS for your company's work. Don't try to reach other companies' data or parts of the COS that aren't turned on for you. Don't copy, scrape, reverse engineer or overload it, and don't upload anything harmful or illegal. Don't use it to break the law, including laws about sending messages to people.
Your data
What your company puts in the COS belongs to your company. You let us store and process it only to run the COS for you. How we handle it is on our privacy page.
Our work
The COS software, its design and this website belong to Saber, unless your agreement with us says otherwise. Using the COS doesn't transfer any of it to you. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the COS.
Keeping it running
We work to keep the COS up and to fix problems fast, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug. We may improve or change features over time, and we'll give notice before removing something your company relies on.
Pausing or ending access
We may pause access if an account is misused, if there's a security risk, or if invoices go unpaid as your agreement describes. When we can, we'll tell you first. Access ends when your company's agreement ends. Ask us before then and we'll help you export your data.
No guarantees beyond these
Apart from what these terms and your agreement say, the site and the COS are provided “as is”, as far as the law allows. What you read on this website is general information, not professional advice.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, Saber isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, coming from use of the site or the COS. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid Saber in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if it paid nothing.
Florida law
These terms follow the laws of Florida. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters for COS users, we'll tell them by email first. Questions go to legal@saber-systems.com.
