Who we are
Saber Systems, LLC is a software company in Miami, Florida. This page covers this website and the COS, our client workspace at app.saber-systems.com. Questions go to privacy@saber-systems.com.
This website
When you send the contact form, we get your name, email, company and message. It arrives in our inbox as an email so we can reply. We don't store it in a database, add you to a mailing list, or share it.
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
The COS
If your company works with us, you get an account in the COS. We keep what the account needs: your name, email and sign-in details. Passwords are stored hashed by our sign-in provider, and we never see them. For security, the COS also keeps a record of sign-in attempts and of changes made in your workspace.
Your company's data stays your company's. What you put in the COS is used only to run the COS for you. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. The COS sets cookies only to keep you signed in.
Signing in with Google
If you choose Continue with Google, Google tells us your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to confirm who you are and to show your name in the COS. We don't read your Gmail, contacts, files or calendar. We don't use Google data for advertising, and we don't sell it or share it, except with the providers below that run the COS. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who helps us run it
We use a small number of providers, each only for its job: Vercel hosts the site and the COS, Supabase holds the COS database and sign-in, Resend delivers our emails, and Google Workspace runs our email. They process data on our behalf and can't use it for anything else.
What we never do
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't run ads.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our inbox while we're talking or working together. COS accounts and data stay for as long as your company uses the COS. When that ends, or when you ask, we delete them within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@saber-systems.comand we'll answer within 30 days.
Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Only your team and the Saber staff who run your workspace can reach your data. No system is perfect, so if something ever goes wrong, we'll tell the people affected.
Children
This site and the COS are for businesses and aren't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters for COS users, we'll tell them by email first.
